Rethinking Access Control – The Inevitable Repair: Our Philosophy

FROM THE START, OUR GOAL HAS BEEN TO OFFER SUPERIOR PRODUCTS AND EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE.

We pride ourselves on providing superior security portal doors and strive to always reach our goal of excelling beyond customer expectations. As high as we set our standards, and as advanced as our systems may be, there will always be the occasional mechanical failure. AACS portals have an extremely low failure rate, but as with any complex mechanical/electrical system, breakdowns do occur.

AACS believes that our commitment to you defines who we are, how we work, and how we deliver on our service. Our customers have a choice, and we how we perform determines whether or not they choose us.

AACS WANTS THESE BREAKDOWNS TO BE AS LOW IMPACT AS POSSIBLE BY:

▸ A spare parts package consisting of critical parts can be purchased and maintained at your facility
▸ When a part is used from the spare parts package it will be replaced (if the failed part is still under warranty) or purchased to replenish the spare parts package
▸ AACS will assist in troubleshooting if requested
▸ A Cycle Log can be downloaded onto an USB drive and then Emailed to AACS to assist in troubleshooting
▸ You will always be provided the parts and technical assistance needed to make fast repairs to get the portal operational in the shortest time possible
▸ Training of on-site personnel for scheduled maintenance
